For 90% of jobs, you can expect a same day delivery to arrive within 2-3 hours depending on the time of booking and your distance from our yard. We make every attempt to deliver on or as close to your requested delivery time as possible.

No, you do not need to be home to receive your delivery if you have paid in full upfront and provided clear instructions on where you would prefer your delivery tipped. Make sure if there are any other vehicles coming or going from your property that all residents are aware when and where the delivery will occur.

We make every attempt to get your delivery to you on the day and time that you request it. Generally, if we receive an order before 2pm and you are within a 10km radius of our yard we will be able to deliver to you on the same day. For distances beyond this we recommend getting in as early as possible to ensure we can make it out to you on time. Sometimes, we might have all trucks booked up already and if we can't squeeze you in, we will contact you directly to discuss a secondary option with you.

Site access and moveability on property, any special tipping instructions ie. please drop on tarp left out for delivery. Contact details are always imperative in the case of any issues on site. If there are any overhead hazards such as low-hanging telephone or powerlines.

We have a fleet of trucks ranging from 2T to 20T. The amount/quantity of your order and how many materials ordered will generally define which truck we use. If space or access is an issue, please inform the office directly before finalising your order.

All deliveries come from our Gregory Hills yard unless it is a special order from the supplier. We always deliver your materials in the most cost efficient means for both you and us. If you order multiple bulk materials and some smaller additional products, we will try to load everything onto one truck to save in delivery costs. Bulk materials, bagged products, general hardware and small quantities of pavers and blocks will generally be delivered on one of our tipper trucks, manned by a skilled Waratah Supplies driver who will get the materilas in the spot you need. Larger orders of Blocks and Pavers will be delivered by a Supplier Crane Truck direct from their factory.

During the 'load up' you will be asked to nominate a preferred delivery time and date. While we endeavour to meet those requirements as best we can, sometimes it is not always possible. If this occurs you will contacted and given options to ensure the delivery can be organised at a time that suits you best. Once you have completed your online order, our team begin processing it and picking all the required materials and allocating a suitable delivery vehicle. You will receive an email confirmation of your order payment and, if required, a Waratah customer service representative will be in contact with you to confirm the details.
