A lighter coloured softwood mulch suitable for all projects. Looks great in large garden beds and open areas. The benefits of using mulch on your garden include:

• Reducing evaporation, saving you time and money with watering.
• Keeping the soil temperatures cooler, enabling plants that need cooler roots to thrive while still being in sunlight to flower.
• Attracting earthworms to add to the health of the soil through aeration & nutrient’s in the form of worm casts.
• Helping to maintain good soil structure by allowing plants to have maximum access to moisture & oxygen.
• Mulching is also an effective and environmentally friendly way of controlling weeds without the use of chemicals.

Mulch should be applied no thicker than 75mm. Fine mulch should be applied more thinly at around 40mm. Coarser materials such as wood chip can be applied more thickly. Note: Mulch applied too thickly can cause oxygenation issues and kill plants.

Please note that bagged products can only be ordered in whole number quantities.

Total truckload minimum delivery order quantity must total greater than 1/2 Tonne (500kg) or Cube where relevant.
