This is a general purpose rich yellow coloured sand, suitable for mixing with cement to produce mortar used for bricklaying. It is sometimes referred to as 'fatty' meaning it has a higher clay content, which helps repels water (like fat does) and allows the sand to become stickier and more pliable when mixing. Its most common usage is for rendering and bagged brickwork and its lower price point makes it the ideal choice for this. It can also be used as an underlay for pools, pond liners and pipework. Available for bulk, loose-tip truck delivery, in 1000kg bulka bags and 20kg retail bags. (1 Cubic Metre = 1.5 tonne).

Please note that bagged products can only be ordered in whole number quantities.
Total truckload minimum delivery order quantity must total greater than 1/2 Tonne (500kg) or Cube where relevant.
Single loose-tip deliveries can be made with a maximum of two products. Any additional products will require additional shipping expenses.
